Reporting Copyright Infringement

Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA complaint, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. The URL of the material that was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.
